People may complain about small things like a speck of dust because they are seeking perfection or control over their environment. It could also be a way for them to release stress or frustration that has built up from other aspects of their life. Additionally, some people may have a tendency to focus on minor details and have a lower tolerance for imperfections. **

To determine if it is a small crack in the screen protector or just a speck of dust, you can try gently wiping the area with a soft cloth to see if the mark disappears. If it remains, inspect the mark closely under different lighting conditions to see if it appears raised or has a distinct line running through it, which could indicate a crack. If you are still unsure, you can try running your fingernail over the mark - if it catches, it is likely a crack. **

While it is possible for a speck of dust to get trapped between a contact lens and the eye, leading to discomfort and irritation, it is unlikely to cause permanent blindness. However, if the dust particle scratches the cornea, it can result in a corneal abrasion which may cause temporary vision disturbances. It is important to promptly remove the contact lens and rinse the eye thoroughly if you suspect a foreign particle has entered. **

If there is a small scratch or speck of dust on the watch dial, one should first try to gently wipe it off with a soft, lint-free cloth. If the scratch or speck of dust is still visible, it may be best to take the watch to a professional jeweler or watch repair specialist for further assessment and potential repair. Attempting to fix the scratch or dust oneself could potentially cause further damage to the watch, so it's important to seek professional advice and assistance. **

Social housing apartments are allocated to individuals with a WBS (Waiting List for Social Housing) certificate based on their level of need and eligibility.
